  • 2 left Japanese pumpkin
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 150 g grows
  • Seasoning seeds, monosodium glutamate, pepper
  • Scallion

Steps

  • Pumpkin cut across the head, wash off the intestines to drain
  • Shrimp peeled, removed only washed, chopped. To grow, shrimp, chopped scallion with 1/2 m of seasoning seed broth, 1/3 mcf monosodium glutamate, less pepper, mix well and stuff to bond. Marinate about 10 ‘
  • Squeeze the shrimp filling growing into the pumpkin, bring it to steam for 30–45 ‘(pierce through the squash with a toothpick to make it soft and ripe)
  • Pumpkin is soft without being broken, soaked in spices from the growing shrimp, it is delicious … very sweet
